METHODS FOR GRAPHITE HEAT SINK
Theory of Graphite Heat Sink combining the following three kinds of heat transfer:
1.Conduction: The emitting thermal of led Chips can transfer to the Graphite Heat Sink easily through the MCPCB.
2.Radiation: When graphite is heated, it causes the Lattice Vibration(pumping effect) and Power the Atoms of Graphite Crystal , the motion of atoms in a linear chain is coupled, giving rise to Propagating Waves. This wave, carries energy, when reaches you, part of the energy of the wave will get converted back into heat, which is why you feel warm sitting beside a campfire.
